Shipping is with DPD Next Day Delivery which is a fully tracked service and Costs £10 per Order for orders under £500. We offer FREE Delivery to all orders over £500.
Returns Policy
All sales are final. Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective merchandise and must be reported within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at baby@gandjbaby.co.uk with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Credit or replacements will be issued at our discretion. We do not accept returns for unsold inventory or buyer’s remorse.
